Junior Ducks is all skills training program, where athletes will develop and grow in a fun and challenging learning environment. The focus of the training will be to teach the fundamentals of volleyball: passing, setting, serving, attacking and defense, and athletic development. Our primary goal with this program is to introduce male and female athletes to the game of volleyball, and to grow their passion for the game.
We offer two streams of Junior Ducks to ensure our athletes are receiving appropriate training. Please identify your level when registering:
Programs are offered throughout the year, the estimated months of training are below, however, are subject to change based on gym availability and demand:

This program will run 2 x 3 vs 3 Play days – October 10 & December 5th 5:30 – 8:00 pm
**We HIGHLY suggest filling out the medical form before registration day and saving a copy on your phone as a photo or on your computer to make registering much quicker
*Training fills up very quickly, and a wait list will be created
*All athletes receive a Ducks T-Shirt if registration is received before December 15th
*There will be no refunds for missed sessions
*Athletes will be placed into groups based on their age, skill and ability levels to ensure the training they receive meets their needs
*Athletes may be asked to move sessions where appropriate, to provide a better learning environment
